Types of Green Roofs

Intensive Green Roofs

These types of roofs are the most common green roof. Intensive green roofs create a space for people to walk around, garden or even entertain. This type of roof is pretty heavy, so it is essential to know how much weight the building can hold.

Semi-Intensive Green Roofs

These roofs are more shallow than intensive roofs, but they still allow for the growth of certain bushes and gasses. These roofs are generally more versatile and are not normally intended to be casually walked on.
